The soldier's view
When equipment is down, the mission feels it. We relied on private-sector hardware to keep our machines running, and we know what a late shipment, a wrong part or a failed component costs the person counting on it.
About Wright Mission Solutions
We have lived federal supply from every point of view: the soldier waiting on equipment, the project manager accountable for the buy, and the professional in the lab developing the technology. We know where it breaks at every stage, because we have been there when it did.
The Full Cycle
Federal supply looks different from the field, the depot and the lab. We have worked all three, so we know where it fails, and we built our process to prevent it.
When equipment is down, the mission feels it. We relied on private-sector hardware to keep our machines running, and we know what a late shipment, a wrong part or a failed component costs the person counting on it.
As an Army depot-level Capital Investment Project manager, we balanced requirements, budget, schedule and quality, and answered for all four. We know what a program owner needs to see from a supplier.
Developing technology for the U.S. military leaves no room for "close enough." Specification, testing and verification have to be right, and we bring that discipline to every contract.
Now we provide the equipment, materials and supplies the government needs, and the cycle begins again. We hold ourselves to the standard we once demanded from the other side of the table.
What Sets Us Apart
We are not a broker. We run each contract as the prime, with quality management built into every phase.
You place one order and deal with one company. We are responsible to the government for performance, quality and schedule.
We apply first article inspection, in-process checks and lot acceptance sampling at the manufacturer, before product ships.
We track milestones, identify alternate qualified sources in advance, and step in early when a supplier is at risk.
We handle the federal contract and compliance interface so you can focus on precision production. Your capacity becomes part of a managed delivery framework.
Leadership
Wright Mission Solutions is led by two U.S. Army veterans who run every contract the way military service taught them: clear communication, disciplined execution and ownership of the result.
Co-Founder
Alvin served ten years in the U.S. Army as a 13F Forward Observer, a role built on precise data, clear communication and coordination under pressure. He brings the same discipline to reviewing technical requirements and holding delivery to the date.
Co-Founder
Kelly served eight years in the U.S. Army and brings that service experience to running federal supply contracts.
Our Mission
We deliver dependable procurement and supply solutions by connecting federal buyers with qualified manufacturing production capability, with the accountability and discipline military service taught us.
